Timothy "Pops" Moyer (born March 18, 1981) is the General Manager for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He is the second oldest member of the league but has never let his age hinder him in any of his pursuits.

Gare was drafted in the 12 round of the MLR 2017 Inaugural Draft by the Washington Nationals. There is rampant speculation that his aversion to technology hurt his draft status and many have argued that if he had of realized there was an MLR discord server before session 4 of season 1 he would have been drafted much higher. He was the starting pitcher for the Washington Nationals in Session 2 and lead them to victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks 8-5. Ironically enough, despite being very vocal about his hatred of the DH, he was called upon to fill that role against the Philadelphia Phillies in session 5. He rewarded his manager with a home run. Despite doing everything he was asked, he was traded (many say foolishly) to the Toronto Blue Jays at the end of session 5. Invigorated by the welcome he received from his new teammates Moyer lead them to a dominant 8-4 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies in session 6.

Knowing his time was coming to an end as a player, Moyer jumped at the chance to become the General Manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates at the start of session 7.
